SHIPPING
All AN ORI orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping option and destination.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We only accept returns or replacements in cases where:
- The product arrives damaged, or
- Items are missing from your order.
If you experience either of these issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and product.
Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement where applicable.
